ACS Efforts Help Roll Back Policy Limiting Anesthesia Coverage

The ACS and other stakeholders have successfully persuaded Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts to postpone enforcement of a rule restricting use of monitored anesthesia care during gastrointestinal procedures such as colonoscopies and upper endoscopies.
