Mission Statement
The Surgical Index is dedicated to providing surgeons with an effective and efficient way to identify and stay up-to-date with the relatively few high-quality articles dispersed throughout the voluminous monthly journal literature that address their clinical needs, thereby assisting them in maintaining surgical competency and accountability and helping them to practice their specialty with the ease and confidence that flows from a broad, reliable, and continually updated knowledge base.
