SRGS covers the entire field of general surgery over a three-year period. Eight issues are published within a subscription year. Subscriptions cannot be back dated; however, back issues are available for sale. Multiyear subscription packages are not available.

Institutional subscriptions are intended for multiple readers at a single site, such as a library, hospital or other organization. Online institutional subscribers are given a single username and password to access; IP address access is not available.

CME is not available with institutional subscriptions or single-issue purchase.
