TYPES

Please select the type of subscription that best suits your needs. Copying or distributing the contents of SRGS is prohibited.

Individual/Single: A personal subscription to any format for an individual who resides within the United States. Individual subscriptions should not be shared.

Institutional/Multiuse: Institutional subscriptions are intended for multiple users from a single access point, such as a library, group practice, university, or hospital. We do not provide institutional subscribers with IP address access. Depending on your format type, only one print copy, one CD, or one username and password is distributed. Individuals using an institutional/multiuse subscription are not eligible to earn CME credit.

Resident: Residents enrolled in approved surgical residency programs and surgeons in a surgical research or fellowship program are eligible for reduced-cost subscriptions. To subscribe at the resident rate, you must submit proof of residency with your order form (typically a letter from your program administrator). ACS resident members do NOT need to submit proof.

Group: Reduced rates are offered for 3 or more individual subscriptions billed and shipped to the same address. Contact customer service at 800-631-0033 to take advantage of the group subscription rate.

International: All formats mailed outside of the United States.

Surgeons in service to the world in need: A limited number of free, SRGS Connect Online subscriptions are available to surgeons working as missionaries or in other capacities in impoverished countries outside of the United States. To qualify, please e-mail a letter to lfeilen@facs.org explaining your mission.
