This map is a searchable database of all ACGME accredited categorical surgery residencies in the country. In order to make your search easier, the map is broken down by region, state, and specialty within each state. Clicking on the 10 digit code of a residency program will take you to a profile page individualized to each program, where you will find information on case volume, call schedules and career directions taken by graduates, among many other informative characteristics.
Because the information listed about each program can change from year to year, programs are asked to update their information annually. We hope that you find this searchable database to be an informative and helpful tool as you consider what residency programs best fit your personal and professional aspirations.
