Membership

Membership in the RAS-ACS is automatic when you become a Resident Member or an Associate Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Resident Membership in the American College of Surgeons is open to all surgical residents enrolled in an accredited graduate education program.

Associate Fellowship in the American College of Surgeons is open to young surgeons who are within five years of graduation from formal surgical residency training.

To apply for membership in the Resident and Associate Society, complete the appropriate Application Form. Paper applications may be obtained by calling, toll free, 1-800/293-4029. Mail the application along with a check for the application fee–$20 for Resident Member applicants and $75 for Associate Fellows to:
