Regulations pertaining to Fellowship Fees and Dues as approved by the Board of Regents

Fellowship Application Fee: $150.00
This fee must be submitted with each application and is non-refundable.
Associate Fellows current in payment of dues pay no Fellowship application fee.
Initiate Fee: $375.00
This fee is due upon notification of approval for Fellowship and granting of Initiate status.
Annual Dues
In accordance with College Bylaws and actions recommended by the Board of Governors and approved by the Board of Regents in October 2002, the following regulations will be observed by the College with respect to Annual Dues:
A. Dues statements will be mailed in December. Dues are payable on January 1st.
B. Dues Rates (U.S. dollars):
- For United States Fellows and Fellows of U.S.
Territories and Possessions: ..$440.00
- For Canadian Fellows: ..............$335.00
- For Fellows from other than
the U.S.and Canada: .................$155.00
- For Fellows who are residents in an approved
training program, 50% discount applies upon request
C. Dues are not charged for Fellows who:
- Have paid dues through the year of their 65th birthday.
- Have been granted "retired" status, that is, Fellows who have discontinued the practice of medicine.
- Are bonafide missionaries.
D. Fellowship is subject to termination by the Board of Regents in October if dues are outstanding for more than one year.
