Register for the ACS Practice-Based Learning System

The ACS Practice Based Learning System (case log system) allows surgeons to track their cases and outcomes in a convenient easy-to-use manner. This system allows surgeons to compare their outcomes to others in a confidential manner, and assists them in identifying opportunities for training from learning modules on the College's Web site or other providers. The American Board of Surgery has identified Practice Based Learning and Improvement as a core competency. Additionally, in the future the case logging system could support submital of case logs for maintenance of certification.

This system is open only to members of the American College of Surgeons. To register for the system you will need to log in to the College Web site.

If you have already registered for the case log system, click here to login to that system and enter your cases. You do not need to register again.
