Housing Procedures

As of Wednesday, September 22, 2004, ACS has appointed e-HotelRates.com to provide housing for the ACS 90th Annual Clinical Congress. Reservation requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. In order to make hotel reservations via e-HotelRates.com, click here. When making hotel reservations via e-HotelRates.com, please note each individual hotel's deposit, cancellation, and refund policies.

Please do not send your request directly to the hotel or to the ACS office; doing so will only delay the processing of your request. E-HotelRates.com will send you a reservation confirmation via e-mail. Upon receipt, please verify your confirmation for accuracy. This is the only confirmation you will receive.

If you made a reservation with the ACS Housing Bureau prior to Wednesday, September 22 and need to either change or cancel your reservation, please contact the hotel where your reservation is being held beginning September 27, 2004,.
