Commercial Representatives (Distributors, Manufacturer Representatives, Consultants) can register on-site at Exhibitor Registration. The registration fee is $640.00.

Cancellation
Refunds will be issued if written requests are postmarked no later than August 6 for international registrants and August 27 for U.S. registrants. A $50 handling fee will be retained for all refunds.
Cancellations and registrations postmarked after the deadline will not be eligible for refunds.
