Exhibitor registration - This form can be filled out and faxed to Sue Lentz.
Exhibitor guidelines - The guidelines used for CME activity have been prepared by the American College of Surgeons who is our CME sponsor.

Meeting information: Please use the prior meetings link on this site to look at our prior programs. Each year the structure of our meetings is very similar in terms of our CME activity and break times for meeting with exhibitors. All activities such as golf and tennis are open to exhibitors as well. Each spring a registration form is made up and is available on the home page of this site. The official program for each meeting will be available on this site as well shortly before the meeting date.

Other surgical meetings that you may want to attend in Washington State would include the North Pacific Surgical Society and the combined annual meeting of the Seattle Surgical Society and Henry Harkins Society. Program information and meeting times should be available on those sites. Another link on the University of Washington surgery department web site provides a complete listing of meetings typically attended by university faculty both in Washington state and throughout the nation.
