The software and edits linked from this page apply to all data submitted to NCDB or RQRS during calendar year 2012.
Early in 2012, software providers will distribute a registry software upgrade (called the 2012 upgrade below). The upgrade will convert registry data from NAACCR layout 12.1 to 12.2 (may be called 121 and 122) and the Collaborative Stage Data Collection System from CS02.03 to CSv02.04. Select the applicable link below depending on whether you have installed the upgrade yet.
Software and NCDB Edit Metafile for Use Prior to the 2012 Upgrade
If you have not upgraded your registry software since making submissions in 2012, please continue to use the same version of GenEDITS Plus (version 1.2.4). You will need to download the new NCDB submission metafile and configuration files, however. For access to those files, click here. Do not use these files if your registry has been upgraded to NAACCR layout version 12.2 (CSv02.04).
Software and NCDB Edit Metafile for Use after the 2012 Upgrades
When you upgrade your software to NAACCR layout 12 (CS version 02.04), it will be necessary to install a new version of GenEDITS Plus and to run edits that are tailored to the revised codes implemented in that upgrade. For access to those files, click here. Do not use this version if your registry software has not been upgraded yet.
