Those trained by the Commission on Cancer are not employed by the American College of Surgeons. The Commission on Cancer does not endorse any specific individual or company. His or her performance obligations are between the contracting facility/organization and the consultant. Consultants are responsible for establishing any business agreement with each facility as required by HIPAA regulations.
