Access to CoC Datalinks (Login Required)

Who uses CoC Datalinks?

Cancer registrars, cancer committee chairs, cancer liaison physicians, and cancer program administrators are the designated cancer program staff automatically granted access.

  • A facility may request access for up to six additional members of the cancer program and/or medical staff. These designated users must complete and submit the Request for An Additional CoC Datalinks User Form (40K PDF) in order to receive access.
  • Once an individual is granted access to use the system, a unique User ID and Password is assigned and e-mailed to that user.  For security purposes and to protect facility data, User IDs and Passwords are not to be shared. The CoC is not responsible for the unauthorized release or sharing of login information and data by any CoC Datalinks user.

How is CoC Datalinks Accessed?

The designated members of the cancer program staff at each CoC-approved cancer program can access CoC Datalinks by clicking on the CoC Datalinks link on the CoC Web site at http://www.facs.org/cancer. Within CoC Datalinks:

  • Each user enters their unique User ID and Password. The user will be prompted to change the Password (and henceforth, every nine months for security purposes).
  • Each User ID remains the same for all CoC Datalinks activities.
  • The CoC Datalinks Activity Menu selections may change based on updates made by the CoC and the level of access the user is granted.

For questions regarding access to CoC Datalinks, please e-mail CoCDatalinks@facs.org.
