Objectives:
- To understand the meaning and importance of quality improvement in cancer care at the local level
- To understand your role to drive and support quality improvement
- To learn three methods for evaluating areas of your cancer program
- To develop the skills to become a proactive user of NCDB data to improve patient care
Purpose: Designed for Cancer Liaison Physicians, this Web Conference will highlight three quality improvement initiatives using NCDB data and will introduce new concepts of using data to improve patient care. CLPs will also have the opportunity to interact and discuss their role as proactive leaders in using NCDB data as a catalyst for change.
