HIPAA Compliance Statement

Hospitals, physicians, and registrars across the country are working to become compliant with the the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) regulations. The Commission on Cancer and the American College of Surgeons are also committed to implementing appropriate policies, procedures, and information systems to fully comply with the rules and regulations concerning privacy of patient data under HIPAA.
