Hotel Accommodations

For hotel reservations, call the individual hotel directly at the number provided and indicate that you are attending the "American College of Surgeons CPT Coding Course."  Reservations are subject to space and rate availability after the indicated deadline, or after the room block fills. Deposit and cancellation penalties may apply, so please ask for these details when making your reservation.

Airline Information

Special airfare discounts, including zone fares with no Saturday night stay required, are available on United by contacting Norma Velazquez, ACS Travel Counselor, by phone at 800-456-4147 or by email at ACSTravel@facs.org.

If you are booking your own travel be sure to indicate the name of the meeting to which you are traveling and refer to the ACS file numbers indicated for any applicable discounts.
