For hotel reservations, call the individual hotel directly at the number provided and indicate that you are attending the "American College of Surgeons CPT Coding Course."  Reservations are subject to space and rate availability after the indicated deadline, or after the room block fills. Deposit and cancellation penalties may apply, so please ask for these details when making your reservation.
