"The mission of the College strongly appeals to my own personal life missiondedication to the care of the surgical patient. This goal leads to many opportunities, all of which need appropriate funding. The Development Program is dedicated to this subsequent mission of securing funding to further the research, scholarship, and educational activities of the College.
"The College has provided me with an avenue to work and thrive in an environment of high ethical standards required for dedication to the care of the surgical patientthe College mission and my own professional goal. The College is the only true source of mission to the surgical patient and as such to the surgeon.
"It's a privilege to be involved in the legacy of the perpetuation of care and concern for surgical patients now and in the future."
