The Fellows Leadership Society (FLS) is the American College of Surgeons Foundation's distinguished donor recognition organization. Since its founding in 1987, Fellows and friends of the College have contributed more than $15 million, thereby allowing the College to award millions of dollars in the form of scholarships and research grants to deserving young surgeons.
- Donors Circle, Annual Gift of $1,000 or more
- Governors Circle, $10,000 contribution or pledge
- Regents Circle, $25,000 contribution or pledge
- Presidents Circle, $50,000 contribution or pledge
- Founders Circle, $75,000 contribution or pledge
- Legacy Circle, $100,000 contribution or pledge

FLS Membership Privileges
