In this interactive session, you will discover how to polish your presentation skills and present your messages with power. Topics include capturing audience interest, perfecting your delivery style and managing tough questions from hostile audiences.

2:00-2:45 PM Update and Discussion on Legal Issues Affecting Chapters
Henry Shaffer, JD, Jenner & Block, Chicago, IL
This session will provide an update on the current legal issues affecting tax-exempt corporations. Chapter execs will learn about the tax implications for non-dues revenues, and other regulatory/compliance issues also will be addressed.
2:45-3:30 PM Free Legal Clinic-Q&A

Mr. Shaffer will facilitate a discussion of legal issues, and he will respond to the Execs' issues and concerns.

3:30-3:45 PM Break
3:45-4:30 PM "My Greatest Challenge was. . ."

This session will serve as a roundtable discussion on Chapter Execs' "Greatest Challenges." We will have fun relating these events (tragedies?), as well as offering perspectives on avoiding future "great challenges." Chapter Execs should be prepared to report and share.

4:30-5:00 PM Report on Membership Activities
Execs will report on their Chapter's membership activities.
5:30-7:00 PM Welcoming Reception
