Registration Fees

Fellows and Associate Fellows: $75
Affiliate Members and Chapter Executives: $55
Residents and Medical Students: $35

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded if a written request is received at the College and postmarked no later than May 22, 2006. A $10 handling fee will be retained for all cancellations. Cancellations received after May 22, 2006, will not be eligible for refunds.

Hotel Accommodations

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Washington Court Hotel at the special group rate of $209 single/double occupancy per night. The hotel is located just 3 blocks from the U.S. Capitol. The hotel features concierge services, business center, health club, restaurant and lounge as well as room service. Guest room amenities include deluxe accommodations with marble bathroom, iron/ironing board, high speed internet, turndown service, and complimentary newspaper. Check-in is 4:00 pm and checkout is 12:00 noon.

A block of rooms has also been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill at the special rate of $280 single/double. The hotel is located one block from the US Capitol and 1½ blocks from the Washington Court Hotel.

To secure your reservation, call either hotel directly at the number indicated below and identify yourself as an ACS meeting participant. The deadline for securing your hotel accommodations is May 11, 2006. After this date, or when the room block fills, rooms can only be confirmed on a space and rate available basis. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid penalty charge.

ACS has arranged special meeting saver discounts on United Airlines.  Area/zone fares with no Saturday night stay required may also be available (some restrictions may apply).  These discounts are available by contacting ACS Travel, or by calling the airline directly (by you or your travel agent).  Be sure to indicate the meeting name to which you will be traveling and refer to the ACS File number indicated in order to obtain the special fares.
